The back cover of the music sheet booklet shows Hendrix’s portrait from the cover of the Electric Ladyland album. Hendrix has signed the front of this music sheet booklet in black pen, placing his signature over his crossed left leg. This item comes with a LOA for JSA to authenticate Hendrix’s rare signature.
