To receive full core credit the engine core must be complete.
All major components must be rebuild-able or machine-able.
Otherwise a partial core credit will apply.
10% Restocking Fee on any item that is ordered Incorrectly or by Accident.
WARRANTY POLICY
Bolland Machine warrants its exchange assemblies free from material and workmanship defect under normal use and service.  The company’s obligation is limited to repairing or replacing without charge at its option any part(s) which it finds defective upon prepaid return to Bolland Machine within the designated warranty time of delivery to original retail purchaser (see designated time below).
Warranty not applicable:   to assembly used for purpose for which it was not designed; to assemble subjected to misuse, negligence, or accident, and to assembly repaired or altered by other than our company, if performance or reliability are adversely affected.
COMPLETE ENGINES:
6 months, limited warranty.  No liability can be assumed for oil, oil filters, antifreeze, or towing charges.
BLOCKS, CRANKSHAFTS, CAMSHAFTS, AND CONNECTING RODS:
Our blocks, crankshafts, camshafts, and connecting rods are guaranteed to be finished to the O.E.M. specifications.  There shall be no warranty expressed or implied after installation.  It is the installing mechanics responsibility to make sure that the shaft and bearings are correct as to application and clearance before installation.  The condition of rod and block alignment, main bearing caps, cleanliness, etc., are beyond our control.  Therefore, once the shaft and bearings are installed and operated, the company cannot be responsible for a failure.
If our reconditioned crankshafts, camshafts, or connecting rods should break or fail in service within 6 months and if there are no scored, burned or beat-out journals to indicate that it was not properly fit, we will process another same-type core supplied by the customer at no charge.
BLOCKS AND HEADS:
If our reconditioned blocks or heads should crack within 6 months providing the temperature plugs installed are not melted out, we will issue another block or head.
INJECTION FUEL PUMP & INJECTORS:
3 months.  We cannot be responsible for damage caused by dirt, water, gasoline, or any other harmful material run through an injector or pump.
In the event of a suspected warranty, Bolland Machine must be notified before anything is serviced by your technician.  Please have available the job number and engine serial number located on side of block.
Then Bolland Machine will advise you of any inspections to be made prior to removing a component.
