Bright, big flowers line the cup's lip above a Japanese scene that runs 360 degrees around the cup.
If you look throughout the internet, you can find various china pieces depicting the geisha girls in different scenes.
For interested collectors of this pattern, in the scene on the cup, two geisha girls are enjoying a field of flowers.
In the scene on the plate, geisha girls are also enjoying the spring season in more formal, sculpted Japanese gardens.
The tea cup is in good condition for its vintage.  Some missing glaze is due to vintage and some due to the oriental brush stroke style. Please see photos.
